Property needing foundation work
I am interested in this duplex but the notes say that there is a foundation issue in the back right hand side and it's a slab foundation. The seller has contracted a company to fix the problem before closing.
Is this foundation issue something I should walk away from even if the seller is planning to fix it?

If they are fixing the problem, why would you walk away? If you are worried about you, make it contingent on you getting the work checked by your contractor.
