2 Counties in Little Rock MSA Listed as Top 25 Market
This is a first, re-posting a BP article on BP. Allison Leung posted a good article on the top 25 growth markets for 2017. Not surprised to see 2 counties within Little Rock MSA on this list. Of course we operate in that market, so we see this every day. Landlord laws here are one of the reason I love this market too!
Also not surprised to see Toledo and Dayton--I assume there are operators in those areas here on BP. I see New Orleans is on the list; I have always thought that would be a good market to own and what a great place to visit.
