Best House Style for the highest return (in Los Angeles)
Hey Guys,
I have a single family house in a good neighborhood in Los Angeles and I'm planning to rebuild it and do a major addition. I was wondering which house style would bring the highest value in today's market. (ie: modern, modern contemporary, roman and ....)
I would appreciate links to pictures as well.
details: 2500 sqrft building, lot 5000, 2 stories, flat land, 4 bed 3 bath.
Best,
Peter
