I see postings of folks in the newspaper, what can I do with this information? Need the step by step process-IF anyone knows, this would ge GA law, which is a dual process. I know to look for the properties that are the oldest. How to get the property before it goes to the auction? Details please and thanks in advance. Also, no REI clubs in the area, so a mentor would be most helpful. If someone knows of a mentor in my area=GREAT!!
