bookkeeping software needed

Hi,

I am trying to find a good affordable solution to keep track of business expenses and income.  This solution ideally would lead to me becoming a property manager for other investors.  Personally I own 7 rentals and counting.  While I do keep track of income and expenses my figures are not exact like I want them to be.  Since I don't manage properties for other people it's not a major concern.  I know I have considerably more coming in than going out, but I like precision because it gives you and accurate picture of where you are at any given time.  Can anyone recommend a solution they use for bookkeeping?
