Is it possible to Sub 2 tenant owned condos and apartments? I know this might be a dumb question considering its still real estate; but seriously. I've looked all over google forgetting that biggerpockets was REI google. I am curious to know, and definitely curious to hear someone's story if they have it. Thanks BP
