BRRRR Method seasoning period using cash?

Hi everyone! I am new to bigger pockets. I have done flips recently to build up a cash account to execute the BRRRR method and was curious of a few things: if I pay all cash for the property and rehab is there a seasoning period for the loan to obtain 80% loan to appraised value? Are other people doing this and if so what tips can you give me?
