Hi

I am going through the free training and it talks about the RE market cycle, where are we now?

Tipping point

Decline

Bottom

Climb

Peak

I feel I should know that, but how do I keep abreast of that type of thing?

Thanks!

Your government policies are highly inflationary, additionally real estate has been on a long climb since 2008 so we are likely near a peek. When rates climb the scales will tip.

Most jobs that are created will likely be low pay and at the tax payers expense, this will also contribute to the tipping point. The next two years will tell all. Maybe. No one really knows.
