Multifamily Syndication meet-up or Groups in DC/ northern VA Area

Hi BP, I have been a member for a few months and found many great resources on the site. Reading and listening to the podcast I learned about Multifamily syndication and I am sure that I found the niche that I would like to pursue. I have been reading / listening to podcast as much as possible on the subject but I wanted to find out if there are any groups or meet-ups in the D.C./ Northern VA area that cover this specific topic. I feel that I would gain even more knowledge by being able to speak with individuals who have actually done deals.
