What do you think about this idea?

Hi BPM(Big Pocket Members)! I have a thought I'd like to run by you all. What do you think about using all the same color paint for each rent house? Obviously only when requires a repaint? I have 2 rent houses that I have done this on sofar and the color is a nice neutral color. It makes fixing the paint when tenants move out a lot easier. Anyway just thought I'd post here and see what you guys thought!

This is what we do for our rentals.  It's a cost savings to always buy the same colors in bulk & it simplifies touch up & rehab.
