Networking and Investor opportunities in the Philadelphia area

Hello BP! I'm a new member of the BP forum who is looking to connect with investors and professionals about real estate. I have a goal of developing a mixed portfolio of rental properties using the BRRR strategy as well as rehabbing deals for cash. While I have no experience in a deal myself I am willing to do WHATEVER it takes to learn the market, find great deals, and partner with investors to become successful. I live in the Philadelphia area so this is my primary market but willing to talk to any investors or professionals out there for their advice, experience, and opportunities. Looking forward to hearing from you all soon! Cheers, Neil
