Looking for a mentor in the Memphis area

Hello! I am new to REI and am in need of a mentor. I really want to get started building a business, I just don't know exactly how and where to start. I have been through the Clever Investor First Million in Real Estate training and it has been awesome, just need to learn the ins and outs for the Memphis area. I plan on attending the REIA meeting here in Memphis starting this month. I am very eager to learn and get started. I love real estate!
