Tree cutting all over the property
Hello everyone,
My business partner and I started looking at a few properties this weekend. We found one investment property that seems like a good property for a flip. Needs a lot of work but the profit margin is there. Only thing is, on the property there are a lot of trees where the base of the tree starts on public property (City's Property) that stretches over to the investment property. In addition it seems like a lot of trees were cut but what worries us is the money we would have to budget.
Has anyone had a similar experience. Need some guidance.
Ray
