Creating an LLC for Fix and Flip
Im a Realtor in CT and my possible partner for this LLC is the owner of a home improvement company, i already have some possible lenders that will lend the money for the property and rehab costs, my question is how should we structure the LLC in terms of profit taking and things like that, since one person in the LLC is getting the money for the rehab and also owns the asset, i will also be putting money into the property in the form of down payments and closing costs
