I really need help
Hi I have a fixer upper Ive fixed up and then some. Gorgeous and underpriced, with a modest proffit intended yet it does not sell. Desirable neighborhood alll restored Bungalows (including this one) I mean there are about a thousand of them, block after block ....any ways everyone love it everybody raves about it yet no sale. YEt other homes are selling. hell, lesser homes on smaller properties with higher price tags are selling. I just can not figure it out.
2/2 1260 sq ft original Bungalow with all the built ins working fplace, large master bath Kholer through out, new roof new wiring, new plumbing, new windows period correct, new kitchen coustom maple, granite etc double lot, fresh paint in and out 544 sq ft garage for 259K.
recent sales are slow but 2/2's at 279k, 265k, and 289K 245 respectively within a mile radius since we have this one on market.
Can anyone offer some suggestions?
One thing I have come to realize is we both got emotionaly involved with this home and put more into it than we should have. Lesson learned but i need to sell it (though I can hold it I dont want to. I know I can make it doing this as business I have room for the learning curve but what do I do for this house to move?
