BP Book Club: 10X by Grant Cardone Chapter 22

Grant's BP Podcast episode convinced me to buy the audiobook over purchasing a paper copy.  Great for driving, not so great for taking notes and pondering how to take action in my investing and my life.

This chapter lists over thirty things Grant believes a person must do to be successful.  This thread will be a place to list some of them and decide how I'm going to implement or check for them in my life.

Number One is to have a Can Do Attitude.  I stink at writing posts to forums among other shortcomings, so here's where I will work on that and prove I can improve, even if it starts out as a conversation with myself for now.

Whether it be through turnkey or properties I find myself, I will use cash-out financing and leverage to expand from one property this year to three with positive cashflow by December.
