Hi BP community!  Tonight is the night where I send out my first batch of 250 letters!  For awhile now I have been looking for a mentor in my area and a realtor.  I have mentors online with exceptional knowledge but I need someone local with local knowledge.  I'm a little confident just because I use to work as a realtor about 5 years ago.  I thought I would have by now found a sc agent to find me some fix & flip properties but no go.  Many in nc but not sc.  I have went to a few RE meetings in nc but it seems that everyone was all about self and did not want to spend time helping out newbies.  (just my experience, I'm sure there are many that will help!)

I said the moment I get my 1st deal and anyone asks me for help I'm all in!  I will get my blessing back plus I love helping people. Money for everyone!!:}
