Any sources for comparable home features?
Does anyone know of any way to find out what features a comparable home has in it (granite countertops, security systems, A/C, etc.)? I'm looking to upgrade some things, but I don't know what the neighborhood standards are. I should note that there are currently no houses in this neighborhood for sale, so I can't go to any open-houses.
