  My name is Megan, I am from South Florida. I am in the beginning stages of starting a business that would offer home staging services and would like the feedback from those who are currently working in this industry to see if there is a need for this service.  I have a few questions below for Investors and Realtors. Your response is much appreciated. 

As Investors, do you find a need to have your investment professionally staged and do you find the home sells for more and quicker? 

As a Realtor, do you prefer your client to have their home professionally staged and do you find it attracts more potential buyers as well as sells for more?
