Happy New Year Everyone! 

I'm thankful for a good 2016 and looking foward to what 2017 will bring. I plan on doing at least one deal per quater in 2017. This is a big, yet attainable goal for me since I'm a new investor. Just wondering if any of you have set goals for 2017? If so please share!
