Where is the best place to get audio books on real estate investing? 

Whats your favorite audio book?

I would love some feedback on those two questions as well as information for free on-line classes/lessons either for real estate brokers or getting your brokers license. For now it's just to help me understand the can's and can not's of buying and selling real estate.  I have a great agent, Sharon Foster, who is a wealth of knowledge and a great help but I have a LOT to learn. I have considered getting my license but not sure if it is the best use of my time at this point in the game.
