Kansas city has a great market as everyone knows. I been a REI general contractor for all the advertised turnkey providers in Kansas city. Investors if you want to know who to trust ask the vendors that service these companies. I have seen and will not share public how these companies are getting over on people. If anyone other then me has had a bad experience?... I am building a blacklist of turnkey providers in my city to protect the good vendors and investors from future loss. Please in a nutshell share your experiences please..
