Tips for learning more about Vacation Rentals

Hello BP! My name is John and I am a new member to BP, and am from Morris County in Northern New Jersey.

I have been steadily learning about the basics of real estate investing over the past couple of months through BP podcasts, books (the classics/greats including rich dad poor dad, millionaire real estate investor, etc), BP webinars, etc.

I am beginning to choose a niche to operate in and would like to learn more specifically about vacation rentals. Does anyone have any tips on what to read or do to learn about vacation rentals? Does anyone know any good books on the subject? Blog posts, etc?

Also, as a new member I was not entirely sure what forum to put this post in. Is it ok to just take your best shot on that or is that not recommended?

Thank you!
