INVESTING IN NC. Carteret county

Me and my family are new investors looking for small commercial properties as small as 5 units as big as 30. I have been looking into a couple counties in NC ,Carteret County and Onslow County seem to be my main focus and where I have veered towards. I was just wondering about the market out those ways if anyone has any experience ? If there is any recommendations for agents. Broker, General contractors ect. I am a open book . Thanks in advance!
