Rates are going up. Thought?

Cash buyers in San Antonio. As you may have heard the feds have started to raise the interest rates slowly. What are your thoughts? Do you see this effecting you business as an investor? I currently sell about 20-30 properties a month and December has been a pretty strong month for me ironically. Do you expect the market to start to slow down as the rates keep increasing? Hit the comment section and lets chat!
