Does anyone know what are the requirements to use the equity in your home for BRRRR? I own my home free and clear. No liens or anything against the property. Is there a minimum income and work history I have to maintain? I understand the buy, renovate, rent, but have a really hard time understanding the refinance part. I own a house in hunting park. Assessed value is at 55k i believe. What would you do to get refinancing ?

@Chris Mason Yes I understand that part, but what are their requirements to get approved for it?
