Looking for a Great Real Estate Agent in Kankakee County IL.

Can anyone recommend a great real estate agent in the Kankakee County, IL. area that works well with real estate investors? 

Preferably someone who knows REI and even has properties themselves. I have been trying different agents and can't seem to find a good one. They either don't respond quickly, don't like submitting low offers, or can't comprehend what makes a great deal and send useless listing my way.

If anyone has had success with a great agent and can give me a referral I would appreciate it.
