Potential deal for a high end buyers in Atlanta?

Me and my partner have a deal where it's worth over $2.9M. We Possibly can get it at around $1.7-1.9M only needs touch up work like landscaping and some updating maybe $100k if that, but me and my partner we can't do one thing.. and that thing is we can't figure out how to find buyers with that kind of money. The plan is to wholesale it, but the type of buyer we're looking for should it be a rehabber or a person who'd want to buy the house for themselves. This is the first big deal we've gotten and don't really have any buyers with that sort of money. Could Anyone suggest what we should do to find those types of buyers or suggest and high end buying investors? Looking to get any opinions on what to do thank you! :)
