House Hack - Is this a good deal?

Hello to everyone. This is my first post and I'm hoping for a little feedback. I'm currently looking at a 2800 sq ft triplex for $300k. It's in good condition with (2) 2 bedroom 1 bath apartments and (1) 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment. I plan on living in one of the 2 bedroom units and renting out the other two. The rent from the other two units is about $2000/month combined. The utilities are separately metered except for the heat which is oil. The taxes are $7k/yr and I can qualify for a FHA loan with 5% down. From what I gather the comps in the area are in the mid $300's but they are all SF dwellings with under 2k sq ft living area. Being I currently pay $1300/month for the apartment I live in now this seems like a winner. Any advice or input would be greatly appreciated!
