My horror stories include murder, a 2 year old drowning, DEA, cultivating marijuana, burning down, INS, physically assaulted/threatened, etc... My worse clean up, I had to take a garden hose into the house to wash it out. Pulling down wallpaper and being rained on with cockroaches. Walking out of a rental with "fleas to the waist". Having the tenant use the living room as a golf driving range. And on and on and on.
