As an Investor how do you like to be approach with a deal for a possible partnership? What information do you want to see? What return on investment must you have to even consider? If the other partner has little to no money what do you expect of them?What is your idea of Partnership Etiquette

First off I expect to know the other person and feel comfortable with them as a person.

If I don't know you, then don't even waste your time coming at me with a deal to partner up on.
