Tire Kickers Anonymous......You guys need a group!!!!
REALLY?!!!!! This is what I tell myself after sending initial deal info to a "buyer" and when I ask for the POF or Pre-Qual, CRICKETS...... You guys ought to be ashamed of yourselves. To all of the TK's out there, learn about creative ways to purchase buy and hold rental property. Not everything is a cash deal. There are creative ways to purchase buy and hold rentals but posing as a legitimate buyer without money to buy is preposterous. I get that strategy if your attempting to wholesale a deal but it doesn't make sense when your inquiring with a wholesaler. Especially in my market.
When I started out buying properties cash I got the cash from credit cards. A couple balance transfers here, a couple there and voila 60k in cash. Not suggesting you go out and do that, but DO SOMETHING! stop it with the "I use HML" or I have a "buyer" for the property business. As they say in Missouri, SHOW ME!!!! There is just not enough meat on the bone to support you and me LOL!!! Rant done. Now back to regularly scheduled programming.
