Hello I hope all of you had an amazing thanksgiving weekend. I wanted some feedback on property management companies and buying investment property out of state. Some people say that you should manage you own property and other seem to like management companies. Would love to hear people's experiment with being investment property out of state and using a management company. Thanks.
