Is there any way to make land pay for itself?

Hey BP!

I was wondering if anyone here has any experience from buying land? I've been creatively seeking ways to purchase land that will pay (or at least help pay) for itself. I stumbled upon a reasonably priced piece of hunting land that I would LOVE to retire on someday, but I am afraid to tie up money in it now as retirement is quite a ways off. Any suggestions on how someone could buy property and make it pay for itself?

Some things I've considered are crop and hunting leases, but those alone wont make enough money to cover the cost. Any help is appreciated!

Ryan
