investments in San Diego

Hello everyone,

I am a Realtor in San Diego, CA. You will be absolutely AMAZED at how much home value has gone up in this county. People are coming out of the wood work to purchase homes here because the value would increase by $10-15K before escrow is even closed!

I work with several local investers for both residential and commercial properties. I had purchased a distressed property myself at the end of last year and getting ready to put it back on the market. I am going to profit about 45% from my purchase price. Not a bad pay day, heh?

If you would like to partner up with someone who has a lot resources in the area, email or call me we'll work out a plan on how I can assist you in increasing the size of your pocket. :D

Regards,

Ratana Berg
