North Knoxville single family home need advice

So I bought a SFH in North Knoxville in 2008. I lived in it for 3 years and moved to Nashville. I rented it out for a few years. I have it on the MLS and have one lowball offer. Being out of town I would appreciate any advice on what the area is doing and if you would recommend fixing it up and who you would use . I bought it for 72k and it could use some updating. My realtor says the area is picking up around it. Any advice or someone willing to partner on a deal ?
