General contractor in DFW area

I own 21 rental units in DFW area and manage them myself with a partner. We want to outsource part of our property management duties. We want to keep:

Finding tenants, leasing, rent collection, evictions and regular communication with tenants

We want to outsource:

Maintenance issues of plumbing, HVAC, electrical, pest control, roof leaks, fencing etc.,

We are looking for a general contractor with whom we can have an agreement to do these functions on a need basis. We direct tenant issues (after screening) to this general contractor and we will pay a monthly holding fee. Our number of units are growing and we are looking for a long term relationship. Could anyone put me in touch with interested contractors?
