More then one real estate agent.
Hey all I am at a crossroads and am not sure if what I would like to do is taboo or not. I have one real estate agent that I use to look at houses if I were to be house hacking. Recently I have found a buddy I will be trying to flip a house with and he has his own real estate agent. Is it ok to have more then one guy? I would like to keep both but I'm not sure if it's just wasting the first ones time. I am most likely going to partner on the flip before I buy and hold. Any advice?

@Christof Gardet just be honest with both of them up front...if they are decent agents, they will likely understand.
just FYI any buyers agent that is worth their weight will ask for an exclusive representation agreement up front...if this occurs, it may provide opportunity to disclose your RE strategy and that it requires multiple agents...so, no signing for you.
Good luck!
