Best areas to invest tampa/st.pete/clearwater

Hey Guys,

I'm new to BP and actively looking for my first rental property in the Tampa/Clearwater area. What are some areas experiencing gentrification? I saw people recommending Seminole heights on other forums but I cant find any block construction homes there and a lot of investors have told me that's a must. Does anyone have any views/thoughts on Safety harbor/Dunedin/Clearwater?
