Need an agent in Baltimore City
Hi BP, as the title states I'm looking for a recommendation for a good real estate agent in Baltimore City who would be willing to show houses under 15k that need a full rehab. I'd like to work with an agent through whom I could access the MLS to practice evaluating properties using the BRRRR calculator on BP. I can do basic evaluations without MLS access, but would like to get a more accurate ARV. I believe some agencies like Keller Williams allow clients to access MLS through their agents. Any advice or agent recommendations would be much appreciated!
