So it seems that many investors are having the same issues with finding banks that will do a refinance in less than 1 year.  I wanted to start this forum for New Jersey investors that have had success with small banks and credit unions.

So which banks in New Jersey have you found to be the most investor friendly when it comes to refinancing a property in under 1 Year?
