NW Indiana Market Networking help required

Hi BP,

I am looking to build a portfolio in NW Indiana market.

Specifically looking for Real Estate Agents, Brokers and Attorneys in the area.  I have searched through the forums already to get a Real estate agent working in Hammond, Hobart and Merrillville area but so far haven't found more than one recommendation.

Since I am out of state investor, it will be great if out of state investors who have been investing in this area can chime in and provide some referrals.

I am starting out with SFR but I am looking to diversify soon into Multi Family and apartment complex. Willing to share my goals in the details and open to opportunity to partner up with investors active in this region.

Jay
