Wholesaling
I know the basics of wholesaling. I need a bigger cash buyer list but other than that I think I know how to find a good deal and run the numbers. My question is, how do you know when you have the right contract that is legal? I do not want to mess this up...
And is wholesaling and assigning basically the same?
