Hello BP! I'm a newlywed that just made the move out to the marlboro / freehold New Jersey area and looking to gain some advice and potential business partners on a multiunit or SFH in the area. I know there are a. Inch of grants and perks for first time home buyers in NJ I was wondering if anyone had any info regarding these and are there any other potential investors in the area to bounce ideas off of?
