Philadelphia, Looking For Help Find Buy and Hold Properties

I am a new wholesaler in Philadelphia and I was looking for some help. I am currently trying to find BH properties with tenants in Philadelphia but I need some help. I was hoping I could find an experienced wholesaler in the area who would have the time who would be willing to work with me and help me out. I would be more than willing to work with them and assist in anything they needed as well and any deals that I close we would split. I am really more concerned about the getting help and making sure I'm learning.
