what's up family, my name is Braylon and I'm a new wholesaler in the Columbia sc area looking for cash buyers to do deep discounted deals with, but like i said im new to the area and tried to reach out to other wholesalers in the area but there were bites. So im here for assistance from my bigger pockets. Im also looking to work with buyers to find out their property criteria and areas of interest.  I would love some advice im looking for a title company ot closing attorney that can run titles quickly....Thanks in advance
