Peace and blessings everyone. I hope the BP community is healthy and well. So I'm about to close on what I feel is gonna be my first grueling, but worth it deal. I was wondering if there is anyone that can help me go over a purchase agreement? To help me make sure I understand what I'm reading. It would be greatly appreciated.
