Who knows the Vincennes Indiana market?

I'm looking for any feedback or connections from anyone familiar with Vincennes or Bicknell Indiana. I have a client that has a couple properties in this area. They had the rentals for years and the prices are much easier to deal with than my current market. Wondering if it should be something to look at. I don't have the specifics on the properties right now. I know that Bicknell is a very small town with a dwindling population(bad signs) but Vincennes is the county seat of Knox County and had a University. Is there a market here? Good job outlook, etc.?
