HELP!!! Direct Mail Campaign – Hey guys and gals, I’m looking to set up a direct mail campaign for absentee owners and vacant houses. What company or software would you recommend that has current leads, and mails the letters for you? What are you currently using? Yes, I’m familiar with List Source and Real Quest, what’s your opinion of each? How much do you spend on your campaign?

@William Metts That is a good amount. You should be able to send out a good amount of pieces monthly with a $1000 per month budget.

However, I would keep in mind that direct mail tends to work best when you send a campaign of 5-7 different pieces, 4 weeks apart from each other. Follow ups are key as the average person takes 3-5 touches before picking up the phone to respond. So, If $4,000 is your limit for the foreseeable future, you might consider spreading it further by lowering the monthly budget amount. Even with a slightly smaller amount per month, you can mail a good quantity out. You are definitely on the right track!
