Buy a rental now or wait?
Should I buy now or wait till the market collapse?
I'm financing a deal and the ROI 10% but I feel if I wait for the market to collapse I would get a higher return and won't run into negative equity.
What would you do?

In America we can count on one hand how many times the real estate market fell since our country's creation. Thinking you'll wait for a collapse is you succoming to fear. Make sure you buy smart and your numbers work so the property makes money now, then if the market does fall it should make more money.
